Used on a recent trip early 2009. Wouldn't rely on the maps entirely. Many newer toll roads were not mapped. Drove thu much new construction, not mapped. States visited: Guerero, Mexico, Morelos. Cities: Cuernavaca, Ixtapan de la Sal, Taxco. Maps OK there. These are small cities so was pleased to see them mapped. I found that actual road signs in conjunction with the mappings gave the most reliability. I would recommend getting the maps. I bought the micro SD (with adapter) and it worked perfectly in my Garmin 350.
