If you have defective merchandise, go to the warranty page,
What you return:
- Unit Not Used - New in Original Box within 30 days: Restocking Fees: 10% for refunds, 0% Restocking fee on exchanges.
- Units used within 30 days in box with all components must be refurbished and sold as refurbished.
- 20% refurbishing for refunds, 10% refurbishing fee on exchanges.
- Accessories must be in the original condition packaging.
What you cannot return
- Custom or special order products, i.e. Garmin Marine Regional Data Cards, ) are not returnable.
- Any product purchased over 30 days ago (you do have a warranty for defective products).
- Anomalies in the maps are a part of current GPS product. North America maps are the best in the world but not perfect.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we suggest you insure for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, the product will go to a tech who will review the return for acceptability and then to accounting to issue the refund or exchange.
